He opened the restaurant just steps from the historic Rittenhouse Square. Zama is an authentic Japanese restaurant that incorporates modern cooking techniques with the freshest ingredients. Zama is open for lunch and dinner during Monday through Friday and opens for just dinner on Saturday and Sunday.
